Space to be Heard Counselling based in Thames Ditton, Surrey

FAQ. sandraTherapy room

How many sessions would I need?

The counselling I offer is open-ended so our work together would be as short or long-term as you feel is necessary and we would talk about this when we first meet. Each session is 50 minutes long.

How much does each session cost?

Each session costs £50 and I ask for payment by cash or cheque on the day at the start of the session. Internet banking is possible for regular clients and I am recognised by private medical insurers AXA PPP, Aviva and VitalityHealth so I can provide invoices if required. I also offer some reduced cost sessions for clients who are on a low income or unemployed.

What if I can't get to my session?

If you need to cancel your session, I ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice or a charge for the full fee will be incurred. Sessions can be rescheduled by phone or email, and I would be happy to use Skype if it is not possible to reschedule during the same week.

What next?

If you feel that you would like come and see me, then the first step would be for us to arrange a convenient time to speak on the phone so that I can introduce myself to you and give you an opportunity to ask any questions. After that, we would then look to find a convenient time to meet here at my confidential counselling room in Thames Ditton.
